Mansi Shah

Individual and Organizational Psychologist

Mansi has completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology from the Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda and has worked in schools in Mumbai and Ahmedabad setting up counselling centers and working with slow learners and children showing emotional difficulties, behavioral problems, attention deficit disorders, hyperactivity and learning difficulties across all ages. She has under gone training in Australia, which introduced her to the Australian Blueprint for Career Development. She has developed a career education curriculum framework suitable for use in India and introduced pilot career education and development programs in schools.

At Bloom mantra she is a psychological counselor, coach, mentor a career counsellor and a consultant to organizations and schools in setting up mental health program.


Dhun Verma

A Neuropsychologist and a Clinical Hypnotherapist

She has attained a postgraduate degree in Neuropsychology from Gujarat Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar and went on to pursue a certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy from EKAA institute of Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy.

The field of transformation has always fascinated her and she is a strong believer of the limitless potential of the human subconscious mind. Her mission is to enable people to lead more fulfilling, authentically happy and wholesome lives by helping them discover their real self, values, passions, potential and goals. Some of the areas she uses clinical hypnotherapy with include; fears/phobia, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, headaches/Migraines, diabetes, pain management, relationship/marital problems, stress, career growth and achievements, stammering, public speaking, smoking, weight loss, confidence, goal achievement, disease management, organ regeneration and past life regression.

Anything and everything that requires healing.


Col McCowan OAM

Director of Crochmach Careers Brisbane Australia

Colin McCowan OAM holds post-graduate qualifications in Psychology, Education and Counselling and work in a variety of roles for the then Queensland Department of Education including as a guidance counsellor, training officer, resource developer, senior policy officer and manager of over 300 specialist staff working in schools across Queensland. He co-led the National Working Group on developing a career curriculum framework for use in Australian schools. He has authored or co-authored three publications including Career Education and Counselling in Secondary Schools and Colleges. He has been the Project Manager for a wide range of sponsors such as UNESCO, UNDP, ADB, AusAID in countries including Bhutan, Oman, Thailand, Vietnam, Mongolia and India. He has won numerous awards for best practice and in 2008 he won the very prestigious award of the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for his contribution to the career industry in Australia .
